System’s Classification

Series of aluminum profiles, depending on the supporting capacity, on the installation method, and also depending on the facade (exterior) cladding material, dividing into the following:

Light ZLS-ZERRINGER – substructure is designed for mounting facade system to the on an existing base of the wall. It is used for renovation of buildings mostly.

Main ZMS-substructure can overlap the interstorey span up to 3.6 m in height in the standard version and up to 6 m in the strong (HD) version. The main advantage of the main system is a constructive opportunity to build the complete bearing structure, including decorative, heat, wind, hydro, steam insulating and bearing layers without the need for initial structure of the wall from bricks, concrete blocks or other masonry materials. It is used for the new construction of the high-rise buildings mostly.

The main differences of ZERRINGER ® system are the following:

1. The possibility of installing the system structure from the floor to the ceiling without the need for initial structure of the wall.
2. The possibility of carrying the facades construction works from the inside of the building facades with no additional funds for scaffolding.
3. Ability to build complex multi-layer cladding on load-bearing frame ZERRINGER ® with effective finishing materials. The possibility of an array of devices after installing the main wall facade system and thermal insulation layer, resulting in a decrease in wall thickness, the release of additional usable space and permanent reduction of loads on the frame of the building of the wall material of its own weight.
4. High thermo technical characteristics of the facade structure due to the increasing of the thermo technical uniformity of the heat-insulating layer, the absence of the “cold bridges”.
5. The maximal consideration of the thermal deformations of the facade system in changeable temperature.

The whole system of ZERRINGER ®  façade structures and methods of installation are patented and protected by the law.
